I thought it should be made from rice flour too, but 2 recipes so far use wheat flour / wheat starch.... Was wondering if the Dragon Palace team might be willing to share a bit, if not all of their recipe...

WenGoing With My Guthttp://www.goingwithmygut.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8659859995099007525.post-50802389792284293202010-12-08T11:28:49.196+00:002010-12-08T11:28:49.196+00:00A-in-L - a very good question and one that isn'...A-in-L - a very good question and one that isn't easy to answer! I'm very much sitting on the fence but if pushed, I'd say that Dragon Palace is an excellent neighbourhood joint that doesn't quite make it as a destination restaurant. That said the needle noodles and the specials do mark it out from the crowd.Mr Noodleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13327242172810414292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8659859995099007525.post-61617784043479529242010-12-08T10:19:00.529+00:002010-12-08T10:19:00.529+00:00I *almost* wish I lived in a W postcode now. They just need to be unearthed and blogged about! I'll make it one of my New Year resolutions and we can check out some of the Chinese places out east together.

Kay - another friend of mine confused Dragon Palace with Dragon Castle. In the case of the latter, I still haven't been despite it being on my 'list' since the dawn of time! What is it about good Chinese places all seemingly way out west or central, why aren't there many (any?) in the East?

Ah well, this at least gives me a good eating option when I am out in Earls Court, something that I never thought I'd see. Just from the photos, i particularly like the look of the village dumplings - they are so beautifully translucent - and the red bean dessert. i love red bean paste and so I suspect I;d be very happy. The Grubwormhttp://www.thegrubworm.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8659859995099007525.post-7594242698425136132010-12-05T00:36:47.161+00:002010-12-05T00:36:47.161+00:00Never heard of this place before, but will look ou...Never heard of this place before, but will look out for it next time I am in Earl's Court.
